First, make sure the power is off, and all cables are unplugged. Read all directions thoroughly before beginning. Label all parts as they come off the machine with painter's tape.
- Remove one screw behind the touch screen, next to the monitor connection. The monitor should come off.
- Remove one screw from the bottom of the arm attached to the touch screen; remove metal panel.
- Two screws have just been revealed to you. Unscrew them both, and the top cover should be easily removed.
- Four more screws have been revealed at the elbow. Remove them.
- Remove the two screws visible at base of gray trim and paper exit.
- Remove the gray tray and panel covering the arm. You should be left with only a metal arm.
- Now, you must remove the panel surrounding the power switch in order to reach some of the screws holding the arm to the machine.
- Remove two screws on the top portion of the metal arm and two on the bottom side of the metal arm.
